50-hour online TEFL courses This course covers the same methodology as the weekend and weekday TEFL courses, but to a much greater depth. This is why many will follow their classroom TEFL course with this online course. With your personal tutor, you will be taken through activities and assignments step by step. As well as learning the basic TEFL methodology, you will also be learning how to teach Business English, young learners and one-to-one lessons, all essential modules for teaching English abroad. 30-hour online grammar course The grammar course covers the terminology and rules of grammar you are likely to encounter when you first start teaching. If you get stuck you will have access to the Grammar Guru. On the course you will learn the basics of verbs, nouns and adjectives as well as getting to grips with transitives, conditionals and tenses! It is recommended that you add the grammar course to any classroom or online course you take. 20-hour online observation course This course allows you to observe a real teacher in action and provide feedback and analysis that is assessed by your online tutor. Taking this course will really hone your teaching skills and enable you to see the methodology you learn on the online TEFL course being put into practice. You can add any of the above to a classroom course. It is generally recommended though you take a minimum of 100 hours of TEFL training before you start teaching English abroad. | ![]() |
